We ranked in the top quartile in the 2007 J.D. Power Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey
and were among the top five utilities in the East in a similar J.D. Power survey of business customers.

Citizens for the fourth consecutive year.

fourth consecutive year.
